Our online courses can be taken on any device, this includes smart phones and tablets. Once you have completed the purchase and registration process you will be issued a password for the course you have selected. Your personal PIN number and this password provide access to the course material and the examination. Your registration data will be displayed on the screen and a copy will be emailed to you for confirmation. Orders for text books placed before 3 PM on a normal business day are processed the same day. Orders for text books placed after 3 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. All online purchases are confirmed by email. Please add our email address 'confirmation@acceducation.com' to your address book to insure that you receive your confirmation email and other correspondence from us. Be aware that email delivery is subject to the availability of the Internet and email servers, many of which are beyond our control. Confirming email messages are sent when your order is processed but delays in delivery times may occur when demand is heavy.
