The Keys To Asset Allocation course delves into this specialized area of saving and investing for the futures of Americans. Distribution options and tax consequences for withdrawals that are fundamental components of cash, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and variable annuity investing and accumulation programs are detailed. As the fundamental ingredients of saving and investing strategies, we look closely at the investment types such as cash, stocks, bonds, mutual funds and variable annuity investments. It explores the types of liquid and cash type savings instruments such as CDs, Money Market Accounts, Money Market Funds, Treasury Bills and Treasury Notes. It examines the types of fixed and bond based investment instruments such as Saving Bonds, Bonds, Corporate Bonds, Municipal Bonds, and Treasury Bonds. It reviews the types of growth and stock based investment instruments such as Stocks and the various types such as Growth, Income, Value, and Blue Chip to name a few. Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are discussed with benefits, risks, fees, and taxes explored. Also presented are Options, Commodities, Real Estate, Private Equity and Collectibles.
